Important Information for Players and Parents - Please read before registering.

Welcome to the 2007 Boys' Lacrosse Season on Bainbridge Island! The popularity of this sport continues to grow and, because of this, we expect to have strong teams again this year. 

Bainbridge Boys' Lacrosse prides itself in an "all comers policy."  Unlike some of the other teams in the area, we do not cut players. We will find a team for every interested player. For that reason, the high school program will have 4 teams this year: one Freshman/Sophomore team, one Division II JV team, one Division I JV team and one Division I Varsity team. We expect to have one 3-4 grade team, two 5-6 grade teams, and two middle school teams. The league will do all it can to promote the development of all players at all levels.

We are using the same registration program as last year. If you played lacrosse in 2006, login in for registration with your user ID and password from last season. If you forget this information, follow the instructions at the registration site. Please do not create a new record if you are already in the system. US Lacrosse membership is included in your registration fee this year, so please do not renew your player membership on your own. After you have registered on line, you will be contacted regarding any additional waivers or code of conduct forms you must have on file to play. Current physicals must also be on file for the middle school and high school programs. The registration period runs from January 4-17th with a $25 late fee after the 17th. The league does not provide refunds after practices begin. If you need financial assistance or a payment plan, please contact the Boys' Lacrosse Treasurer prior to registering.

Registration Fees for 2007 (all fees include automatic registration to US Lacrosse):

·        Grades K-2: $70 (without the stick purchase) or $100 (with the stick purchase)

·         Grades 3-4: $110

·         Grades 5-6: $140

·         Grades 7-8: $225

·         Grades 9 -12: $425 (High school players will also pay $55 for the February 10-11th kick-off retreat.)

Registration fees include your registration with US Lacrosse and cover transportation costs, game jerseys, field equipment and rental fees, coaches' fees, and other related costs.

The lacrosse program also relies heavily on the active involvement of families. Volunteers are needed for field preparation, concessions, scoring and timekeeping, team management, fund raising and many other tasks. We ask all parents to consider volunteering in some capacity during the season or, if their schedule does not permit, to make a financial contribution.
